• Is my rate of weight change in a healthy range — not too fast or too slow?
• How will we tell whether this is working well enough to keep going?

Protecting muscle & nutrition

• Am I at risk of losing muscle, and should we check body composition?
• Is my protein and activity plan enough to protect muscle while I lose weight?

Cost & coverage

• Is there an approved option my insurance is more likely to cover?
• If I’m denied, will you support a prior authorization or an appeal?

Stopping or maintenance

• What happens to my weight if I stop, and how do people keep it off afterward?
• Is a lower maintenance dose an option for me instead of stopping fully?

Labs & monitoring

• Which labs or checks should we be doing while I’m on this, and how often?

Women’s health (cycle, contraception, pregnancy plans)

• Could this affect my cycle, my contraception, or plans to conceive?
• What should I do about this medicine if I’m trying to get pregnant, or become pregnant?

Something specific is worrying me

• Here’s what’s worrying me — is it expected, or a red flag we need to act on now?

If it’s severe or persistent belly pain, signs of dehydration, or an allergic reaction, that’s urgent — seek care now, don’t wait for the appointment.
