About & method
How this site works
The GLP-1 conversation is full of people selling something — treatment, hype, or a supplement. We sell a book, and nothing else. Everything here is built to be trustworthy on purpose.
What we do
- Answer one real question per page, in plain language.
- Grade every answer on the book’s 8-rung Evidence Ladder, so you can see how strong the evidence actually is.
- Link every claim to primary sources — trials, regulatory labels, registries, reviews.
- Show a real last reviewed date, and only update it when a human re-checks the sources.
What we refuse to do
- No doses, dosing schedules, or titration plans.
- No sourcing — where or how to buy anything, including grey-market peptides.
- No individual medical advice, and no diagnosing your symptoms.
- No “which peptide should I take” — that belongs with you and a clinician.
How the Claim Checker works
The Claim Checker serves a database of answers that a human reviewed against primary sources. It does not generate a medical verdict from your text with an AI model. If a claim isn’t reviewed yet, it tells you so instead of guessing.
How we grade and review
Every page grades its core claim on the book’s 8-rung Evidence Ladder — an editorial framework adapted from the standard evidence hierarchies clinicians and regulators use (such as GRADE), not an official grade itself. Each claim is matched to a real, linked primary source, and every page carries a visible “last reviewed” date that we only update when a person actually re-checks the sources.
We are recruiting a named, credentialed clinician to medically review this content; until that reviewer is in place, pages honestly state that independent medical review is pendingrather than implying a clinician has signed off. We would rather under-claim our authority than overstate it — that honesty is the whole point of the site.
AI and human review
Content here is AI-assisted and human-reviewed: drafts may be machine-generated, but every published claim is checked against primary sources by a person — for accuracy, evidence grade, and safety — before it goes live. The Claim Checker itself never AI-generates a verdict about your situation; it only serves answers that already passed that review.
